Privacy policy
1. Data controller
2. Data we process
When you use the form or contact us we may process professional and identifying data such as name, company, country, email, phone, corporate website and information included in your message.
3. Purposes
We process data to answer enquiries, assess potential commercial cooperation, prepare meetings or proposals and maintain communications required in relation to the request received.
4. Legal basis
The main legal basis is the data subject's consent when voluntarily submitting an enquiry. Where a pre-contractual or contractual relationship exists, processing may also be based on steps taken before entering into a contract or performance of that relationship.
5. Retention
Data will be retained for as long as required to answer the enquiry and, where a commercial relationship begins, for the period necessary to manage it and comply with legal obligations.
6. Recipients and providers
We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes. Service providers required for hosting, email, technical maintenance or professional services may access data as processors where appropriate. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
7. International transfers
No international transfers are expected from the ordinary operation of the contact form. If providers involving transfers outside the EEA are introduced in the future, appropriate GDPR safeguards will be applied and this policy updated when necessary.
8. Rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where applicable, by writing to daniel@impspain.com. Additional information may be requested to verify identity.
9. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe your data has not been processed lawfully.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect information against loss, alteration, unauthorised access or improper disclosure.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
